Interior Objects (operates by NEOS GROUP LLC), provides delivery to over 100 countries worldwide and is proud to offer FREE shipping on most items.

1. Free U.S. Shipping

Interior Objects, offers free ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground) on orders over $99 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Exceptions:

• Special order, oversized, fragile, or heavy items shipped via freight (see Section 5)
• Items with a shipping surcharge (see Section 5)
• Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $18.99
• Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (see Sections 2 & 3)

Any applicable charges will be clearly noted on the product page, in your cart, or during checkout.

2. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Interior Objects provides standard or expedited shipping options to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates will be shown after your shipping address is entered at checkout.

• Additional fees may apply for freight shipments (see Section 5)
• Deliveries to remote or limited-access areas may require longer transit times

3. Shipping to Canada

Interior Objects offers ground and expedited shipping to Canada. Shipping costs include applicable duties and taxes at checkout.

5. Freight Shipping & Delivery

Oversized, heavy, fragile, or special-order items may require freight shipping. Charges are calculated based on your address and displayed at checkout.

Freight Delivery Options:

• Curbside Delivery
  Items are delivered to your curb, driveway, or sidewalk — not inside your home. This option does not include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal.
• White-Glove Delivery & Assembly (South Florida only)
  Available in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Miami, and select areas.
  Includes:
  • In-room placement
  • Unpacking and debris removal
  • Basic furniture assembly

6. International Shipping (Except Canada)

Interior Objects delivers to over 100 international destinations, with FREE shipping on most items.

• Prices may include or exclude VAT/TAX, depending on your country
• Special discounts may apply depending on the size or value of your order
